The product is the remote MCP tool evaluate_webmcp at https://mcp.webmcp-eval.com/mcp.
You pay $2.00 USD per billed evaluation. The $26 starter pack prepays thirteen evaluations. An evaluation is billed only when the page you submit answers with a 2xx success response and at least one of page rendering or model analysis succeeds. If it doesn't, we still return the result, marked billed: false with a short note explaining why, and the $2 goes back to your prepaid balance. Connecting, listing tools and checking your balance are not billed. Every call to the MCP endpoint still needs a key or an OAuth token.
When we offer a free evaluation, it is one per person. We may pause or withdraw the offer. It has no cash value and is not transferable. Abuse, including claiming more than one, leads to revocation of the free pass and the key. When the offer is on, a host with a consent page can offer it there. Hosts without one (ChatGPT Business and Cursor header auth) email jwilliams@sunbusinessgroup.com for a one-time pass link an operator mints.
Prepaid credits from a paid pack expire 12 months after purchase. Unused credit is not refunded when it expires. An unused free-pass wallet with no evaluation and no payment may be deleted after 30 days.
You must only submit HTTPS URLs you are allowed to have fetched. No credentials in the URL. No loopback, RFC1918, or file URLs.
Page HTML and the submitted URL may be processed by our subprocessor (Firecrawl) and by a hosted inference API in the United States so we can audit WebMCP surfaces and propose tools. We do not keep a first-party history of the URLs you evaluate — only the prepaid balance and the time of the last debit. If you need an audit log for client billing, say so; that will be an opt-in setting, off by default.
Results are advisory. We do not execute page tools. Capability not_detected means this engine did not observe a WebMCP runtime — not that your site is broken.
Keys (usr_live_) are secrets. We may revoke abuse. Each public $26 purchase on this site mints a new key and a new prepaid balance. Unused credit on a previous key is not moved onto that new key. A $26 Checkout started from the connected tool reload_credits credits the existing wallet and does not mint a key.
No warranty that connectors, models, or third-party scrapers remain available.
